To commission a painting or drawing simply submit a photo of good size and clarity. The more detail the better. You may send the photo by email or regular mail (email me for a shipping address). Fill out the order form and provide as much information as you are comfortable with about the subject so that I can infuse the subject's character, personality and spirit into the artwork Any special instructions should be provided on this form also. The detail of the final artwork is directly related to the quality of the photographs you submit.
Contact me to order and to discuss details of your commission. eg. size, what is to be portrayed, clothing, scene, etc. And to discuss final payment price.
A 50% deposit is required before your order can be scheduled and an estimated completion date provided. My turnaround time for pencil or watercolor portraits is generally 2-3 weeks but is dependent upon workload and complexity of the commission. All other work such as murals, oil paintings, woodcarvings etc will be time assessed at the time of ordering and prices for those projects determined.
Upon completion you will be sent a preview of your project via email. A final payment of balance and any shipping charges will be due. Once payment is verified the artwork will be shipped.
